Welcome to Otramunda. Here you’ll find clear and fair terms regarding orders, shipping, returns, and the unique nature of our handmade jewellery.
Unique Materials and Finishes
Each Otramunda piece is carefully handcrafted using distinctive, often natural materials. As every piece is unique, slight variations in colour, texture or shape may occur compared with the product photographs shown in the webshop.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped twice a week via reliable delivery services such as PostNL and DHL. As soon as your handmade jewellery leaves our studio in Breda, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Returns and Repair Service
You may return any piece of jewellery within 14 days of receiving it. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or breaks, we offer a professional repair service to restore your jewellery.
The returned item must be in exactly the same condition as when it was received, with the original price tag still attached. All original packaging, such as the bag or pouch, must also be returned. Your refund will be issued within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
All returns must first be registered by email. You will then receive a return number, which must be enclosed in the return package together with a copy of the invoice. In your email, please also provide your IBAN and the name of the account holder to whom the refund should be made.
We are not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit. We therefore strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
