Before returning an item, please contact Otramunda by email: mail@srsnszky.com. Please include your full name, address, the date of purchase, and the name and bank account number (IBAN) to which the refund should be transferred. This information allows us to identify your return and process the refund correctly.

You will then receive a return form with a unique return number. Please wait until you have received this form and number before sending your parcel.

You may return your parcel with or without track and trace. Please note that return shipping is at your own expense and risk. We therefore recommend using a tracked shipping service.

The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. The original tag must still be attached to the necklace in the same way as when you received it. All original packaging, including the jewellery bag or pouch, must also be returned.

Once your return has been received, the purchase amount will be refunded to the bank account provided within 14 days.

Otramunda does not offer custom-made jewellery or alterations to existing designs. Each piece is created freely and intuitively, resulting in a finished design with its own character and story. What you see in the collection is exactly what you will receive.

Otramunda does not have a physical showroom and cannot be visited in person. The complete collection is available exclusively online. If you would like more information or personal advice about a piece, please feel free to get in touch.
